The house
Your boat, your pool, and the canal out back.
The best part of this house is out back. A concrete seawall lines the saltwater canal, and the dock has a 10,000 lb boat lift. The listing notes Gulf access with one fixed bridge between the backyard and open water, so Charlotte Harbor is an easy run by boat.
Inside, it's all on one level. The living room opens through sliders to the lanai, so the pool and canal stay in view. There's a living and dining combination plus a separate dinette, and the galley kitchen has a closet pantry with every appliance included. New ceiling fans, plantation shutters, and ceramic and porcelain tile run through the home.
The bedrooms are split. The primary suite has its own wing, an en-suite bath, and a California Closets system. The two guest bedrooms share the second full bath. Outside, the heated gunite pool has been resurfaced, with new decking, a new pump, and a new no-see-um screen enclosure. The covered lanai runs along the back of the house.
