The house
The view is the reason to come see it. The updates are what make it easy to stay.
Walk in the front door and look straight through the house: a curving lagoon, then fairway, framed by old oaks and pines. You can see it from almost every room along the back. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, and the floors are newly installed luxury vinyl plank, a light wood look that runs through the house.
The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. It has quartz counters, refreshed cabinets, and a stainless side-by-side refrigerator, glass-top range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. The walls are freshly painted, and there are new light fixtures over the dining table and the breakfast nook.
The primary bedroom has its own sliders into the air-conditioned Florida room, so the first thing you see with your morning coffee is the water. Both bathrooms have new tile on the floors and in the showers. The tile roof was replaced in 2013 and the HVAC is newer, so the big-ticket items have already been handled.
