I found Traci while searching for a buyer’s realtor. I currently live in Texas and was planning to fly to Florida to house hunt. Traci was instrumental in helping narrow down which city and neighborhood to concentrate on, knowing we were looking for a waterfront property. She showed us a combination of 21 houses and condos in 3 days, maximizing our time in Florida. She helped us realize that a house would be a better option than a condo due to exorbitant HOA fees of the listings. With her help, we discovered that we truly needed a 3/2 instead of a 2/2, and she found us the perfect one after we had already returned to Texas. Traci set us up with a mortgage rep., underwriter team, insurance company and everything that we needed for success. We were able to close in Texas via a mobile notary for our Florida retirement dream home and location. We couldn’t have done all this without her, her expertise and willingness to invest many hours of phone conversations and arrangements. Traci was tireless in her pursuit of our goal, in spite of the long distance involved. We cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and dedication. We rate her A+++ and 10 stars!

Although we didn’t get the price we listed for, The house sold at the appraisal amount. North Port took a beating in the past few years, so do yourself a favor and get an appraisal before you list, so you know how much to list it for. Tracy thought we would get a lot more than we actually received, but again, not her fault. North port home values have really changed since Hurricane Ian, and the over abundance of cheap new homes on the market. However Tracy and her husband did a great job marketing and caring for our house until it was sold. Great communication, and ease of selling from out of state. Glad to be out of Florida and back to Maine.

She works really hard for you. We’ve had other realtors and Tracy who works with her husband Eric and is affiliated with EXP , is Terrific. Communication was fast and her knowledge of the area helped sell our house. Her team Made sure the house was ready to show to potential buyers, doing anything that needed to be done, even answering the phone on weekends.If any Changes in price were needed it was done quickly.
